Mindfulness One-on-One

As a health and wellness coach, I focus on the needs my clients identify. Stress management, self-care, and working with difficult emotions are among the most common needs for my clients. Learning to use mindfulness practices can be a powerful way of meeting these needs. Mindfulness can help you notice sensations, thoughts, and feelings as they arise in the moment. This awareness provides the opportunity to make new choices in the moment, rather than automaticaly reacting out of old, conditioned habits.

As your coach, I can give you personalized attention and instruction in mindfulness and be an accountability partner to support you on your journey to increased well-being. Through a mix of conversation, inquiry and mindfulness practices, I will help you discover and build resources, gain new perspectives, and create lifestyle changes.

Although group classes offer a safe community for self-discovery and learning with others, some individuals may not be able to attend for various reasons. This is where individual mindfulness coaching can you help begin a practice that can lead to sustainable and positive change.
